NO REFUNDS – EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

United Barakah operates on a strict exchange-only policy.
Due to the charitable structure of our business—where a portion of every transaction is allocated to verified charity organisations—refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

This policy ensures transparency, consistency, and integrity in both business and charitable operations.

By completing a purchase with United Barakah, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, subject only to the exchange conditions outlined below.

14-DAY NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

All exchange requests must be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date.

Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted, regardless of reason.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may do so provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Goods are in original, unused, unworn, and unaltered condition

  • Goods are returned in their original packaging

  • Original tags remain attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Exchange request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date

United Barakah reserves the right to inspect all returned items and to refuse any exchange that does not comply with these conditions.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Exchange authorisation

  • Return instructions

  • Shipping details

Shipping details will only be provided after the issue has been assessed and approved.

All shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

You must notify us within fourteen (14) days of delivery at info@unitedbarakah.com.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
